What we collect

When you register for a Bamrec program or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and information about the children you enroll (name, date of birth, grade, medical or allergy notes relevant to program safety). When you complete a payment, payment details are processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers on our servers.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Process registrations and send confirmation and pickup communications
• Contact you about schedule changes, cancellations, or safety matters related to your enrolled child
• Send our newsletter if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Comply with California child-safety and background-check requirements

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Photos and media

Photos taken at Bamrec programs may be used on our website or social media. If you prefer that photos of your child not be shared publicly, email info@bamrec.com and we will flag your family's record. This preference is honored at all programs.

Data retention

We retain registration and payment records for seven years as required by California law. You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time — active registrations must be completed or cancelled first. To request deletion, email info@bamrec.com.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication (to keep you signed in). We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
